When you use the Contact form on this website, CSVMedia may collect the information you choose to provide, which can include your name, email address, phone number, event or project type, event date and location, how you heard about us, and the content of your message or enquiry.

Information submitted through the Contact form is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss photography, video or live-production services, communicate about a potential booking or project, and maintain necessary business correspondence.

4. Lawful basis

CSVMedia processes enquiry information where necessary to respond to your request, to take steps toward entering into a contract at your request, or in pursuit of CSVMedia’s legitimate business interests in handling enquiries and client communication.

5. Service providers

The Contact form uses a small number of third-party services to operate: Resend, to deliver enquiry emails to CSVMedia, and Cloudflare Turnstile, to help protect the form against spam and automated abuse. These providers process the information necessary to perform those specific functions.

6. Data retention

CSVMedia keeps enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, manage potential or ongoing work, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.

7. Data sharing

CSVMedia does not sell visitor personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers used to operate this website and its communications, such as those named above, where necessary to provide those services.

8. International processing

Some of the service providers used to operate this website may process information outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are expected to apply through those providers’ own compliance arrangements.

11. Cookies & Turnstile

CSVMedia does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against spam and automated abuse — Turnstile may process technical information necessary to provide this security service.

12. Changes to this policy

CSVMedia may update this Privacy Policy as the website or services change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
